1. Scope
These terms apply when you access or use FluxDesk. FluxDesk is a collaboration tool for projects, work items, communication, documents, meetings, and AI-assisted drafting. By continuing to use FluxDesk, you agree to follow these terms.
2. Accounts and project boundaries
- You must use accurate, reachable account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- Projects are FluxDesk's isolation boundary. You may only access projects, work items, documents, and conversations that you have been invited to or authorized to join.
- Administrators and project owners may manage members, roles, project visibility, and workflow settings according to organizational authorization.
- Do not share accounts, bypass permissions, try to access projects that do not belong to you, or help others evade access controls.
3. Content you submit
- You keep your rights in content you submit, including requirements, tasks, comments, attachments, meeting notes, collaborative documents, and feedback.
- To provide the service, you allow FluxDesk to store, display, process, index, and transmit that content to authorized collaborators, integrations, and necessary infrastructure.
- Make sure you have the right to submit the content, and do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, misleading, or system-harming data.
4. AI-assisted drafting
- FluxDesk may use AI to summarize, break down, rewrite, or draft content. AI output is a suggestion or draft by default.
- Creating work items, assigning work, confirming decisions, releasing changes, or changing permissions still requires an explicit human action. AI does not automatically create or assign work for you.
- Before relying on AI output, you must review facts, scope, acceptance criteria, permissions, and risks.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use FluxDesk for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, malware, or actions that disrupt system stability.
- Do not scrape in bulk, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, attack interfaces, or access data beyond your authorization.
- Do not use FluxDesk as a tool for personal performance monitoring, ranking, surveillance, or oppressive people management.
6. Service changes and availability
FluxDesk continuously evolves its features, interface, and workflows. We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available or error-free. Keep appropriate backups and internal processes for critical business information.
7. Limits of responsibility
FluxDesk is provided as is. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we are not responsible beyond legal requirements for indirect losses, business interruption, misuse of data, third-party service issues, or decisions you make based on AI drafts.
